How to register

Registration is accepted online. You will receive your registration confirmation via email. If you have not received confirmation within a day of registering, please call our membership office at 800-727-7288. Please bring your registration confirmation to the Learning Forward registration area at the conference to receive your conference badge.

Registration discounts and rates

Learning Forward members receive discounted registration. Join, renew, or upgrade your membership and attend the conference at the member rate. Learning Forward members should log in to receive the discounted member registration rate.

[Learning Forward’s Annual Conference] is a great place to learn with and from others who are passionate about the work of leading learning. The people who attend, both presenters and attendees, are fabulous, open to connecting/networking, and live in a learning stance.

Session Selection

All conference sessions require pre-registration except the general sessions. Ticketed sessions mean your presenter is expecting you and there will be adequate materials for session attendees. You avoid the cattle-call experience and there is no need to rush to your sessions and wait in line since your seat is assured.

Select sessions under the Sessions tab above (available soon). Reserve your space in the online registration form and create your own personal agenda. You can make changes to your agenda through the website at any time for any open session.

Meals, Receptions, and Exhibits

Fees for the preconference on Saturday and Sunday include coffee breaks, lunches, and materials. Fees for the regular conference include breakfast and lunch on Monday and Tuesday, the Welcome Reception, the Exhibit Hall Reception, and affiliate receptions, brunch on Wednesday, and materials.

Cancellation and Change Policy

Cancellations must be sent in writing to the Learning Forward Business Office by November 10, 2017 to receive a full refund. A 50% refund will be given to written requests received by November 19, 2017. A processing fee of $50 will be deducted from all refunds. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after November 19, 2017. Learning Forward reserves the right to process refunds after the conference concludes.
