Registration Information

How to register

Registration is accepted online. You will receive your registration confirmation via email. If you have not received confirmation within a day of registering, please call our customer service office at 800-727-7288. Please bring your registration confirmation to the Learning Forward registration area at the conference to receive your conference badge.

Registration discounts and rates

Learning Forward members receive discounted registration. Join, renew, or upgrade your membership and attend the conference at the member rate. Learning Forward members should log in to receive the discounted member registration rate.

Group discounts

Groups of 10 or more are eligible for a 10% group discount. Please call 800-727-7288 to receive a discount code.

Early registration discounts

Check back frequently to take advantage of generous early registration discounts.

Session Selection

All conference sessions require pre-registration except the general sessions. Ticketed sessions mean your presenter is expecting you and there will be adequate materials for session attendees. You avoid the cattle-call experience and there is no need to rush to your sessions and wait in line since your seat is assured.

Select sessions under the Sessions tab above (available soon). Reserve your space in the online registration form and create your own personal agenda. You can make changes to your agenda through the website at any time for any open session.

Meals and Receptions

Fees for the preconference on Saturday and Sunday include coffee breaks, lunches, and materials. Fees for the regular conference include lunch on Monday and Tuesday, the Welcome Reception, the Sponsor Reception, and affiliate receptions, brunch on Wednesday, and materials.

Cancellation and Change Policy

A $50 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations. Cancellations must be sent in writing to the Learning Forward Business Office by November 9, 2020 to receive a full refund. A 50% refund will be given to written requests received by November 20, 2020. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after November 20, 2020. Learning Forward reserves the right to process refunds after the conference concludes.

To transfer a registration, change or reduce the days registered, or change payment methods, send in writing to christy@learningforward.org. A $25 fee will be assessed.
