Gretchen has nineteen years of experience as a teacher-leader, and in her role of math instructional coach, she works closely with teachers, collaborative teams, and staff providing support and professional learning opportunities. She implemented the cycle of continuous improvement at a large culturally and linguistically diverse majority-minority elementary school in northern Virginia for many years. In her role as Administrator, Math Instructional Coach, ESOL Instructional Support Teacher she lead teams to identify goals and develop learning plans that supported teacher development and student achievement.
