Diane Zimmerman

Fairfield, CA

Diane, Ph.D., has dedicated her entire career to building educators’ collaborative capacity. After 36 years in public schools serving as a teacher, principal, and superintendent, she has refocused her energies on writing and consulting. As she has pursued those goals, she has coauthored four books and many articles for The Learning Professional. Zimmerman draws from a rich repertoire of practice-based knowledge that makes her teaching and writing about leadership accessible and practical.

Best practice is modeled; there are topics for everyone who leads professional learning in a system, and you will leave with contacts, resources, and ideas that you will use.
