Registration

Registration is online. You will receive your registration confirmation via email. If you have not received confirmation within a day of registering, please call our customer service office at 800-727-7288.

No, you do not need to be a member, but members enjoy a significant members-only discount. Join now to save!

Members receive special members-only pricing. Join or renew here to get your special pricing.

A $25 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations. Cancellations must be sent in writing to the Learning Forward Business Office by November 10, 2020 to receive a full refund. A 50% refund will be given to written requests received by November 19, 2020. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after November 19, 2020. Learning Forward reserves the right to process refunds after the conference concludes.

All sessions for the conference are ticketed and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • To browse the program by day, time (set), area of focus, topic, audience, and presenter, click here.

All conference sessions are ticketed and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sessions are open and available for selection unless they are marked Full or Cancelled. To see a complete list of Full and Cancelled sessions prior to registering or selecting sessions, click here.

 

If the presenters make them available, yes.

Yes. Session archives will be posted 24-48 hours after their session closes.  Access to the archives is accessible via the attendee’s same platform login from the live event.

Yes. Learning Forward believes in high quality collaborative learning. Therefore, all our preconference and concurrent sessions will be live.

Learning Forward’s facilitators will help to capture the final poll results in the chat box for archives.

Learning Forward will not offer a Ticket Exchange this year.  Attendees are allowed to leave sessions and join other sessions simply by clicking on a new session link.   The only sessions that attendees will not be allowed to join are a handful of preconference sessions on Sunday that intentionally limited their attendance numbers.  These sessions will be restricted to attendees who pre-registered; however, access to this recorded session will be available within 24-48 hours via the conference platform.

Learning Forward has contracted with Virtual Events Place to provide the online platform for this year’s  virtual conference.

Presenters

To access your materials, log in here.

The individual who submitted the proposal can log into the Learning Forward proposal system at https://lfp.learningforward.org with their user account. Select the “contract” button to view the details of the session date and time.

Learning Forward does not provide hard copies of presentations or handouts to attendees. Presenters will make handouts available online for conference attendees. Details regarding electronic handout submission will be available soon.

All sessions at the conference will be evaluated using online survey. We ask participants for an overall rating of the session, about the presenters’ use of effective teaching and learning strategies, whether the presenters should be invited to return, the impact of the learning on participants’ work, the primary way what was learned will be used, and other comments.

Lead presenters can log into Learning Forward’s Proposal System to monitor their registration numbers at any time. If you would like more information on your attendees, please contact the Program team at conferenceinfo@learningforward.org

Each session will have a host from Virtual Events Place and a facilitator from Learning Forward to support their session.
Hosts – Virtual Events Place’s technicians who will support the LIVE ZOOM stream.
Presenters – Lead presenter and co-presenters on the presentation team.
Facilitator – Learning Forward representative to support the delivery of your session.

Only 1-pdf can be loaded to your session. If you have more than one handout, please merge the handouts into 1-pdf prior to November 18.
